GENERAL 1.1 Applicable commodities: Bearings Castings Powders Fasteners Mill Converter Forgings Non-Metallic Special Processing Finished Parts/Assembly Distributor of sheet, strip, and coil 1.2 In-House Laboratory Qualifications: Supplier has no in-house laboratory qualifications Supplier is qualified to use their in-house laboratory to conduct the following test codes for P&W Group end-use (reference MCL Manual Appendix 56): N/A 1.3 This authorization is applicable for Production and Experimental product to Pratt & Whitney Group (P&W North & South). 1.4 This supplier has been authorized to operate under Pratt & Whitney Group system of LABORATORY CONTROL AT SOURCE (LCS) with regard to testing and control of P&W Group specified materials and processes for orders placed by P&W Group (or by P&W Group subcontractors whose orders to supplier specify this system of control). Applicable controls are those outlined in P&W-MCL Manual Section F-17, with the modifications or additional requirements shown below. 1.5 By acceptance of the terms of this Authorization, supplier certifies that all items supplied there under will conform to applicable drawing and specification requirements except as specifically stated to the contrary by written notification through Purchasing to Manager, Supplier Metallurgical Control, MCL 114-47, Pratt & Whitney (P&W South), East Hartford, CT 06118; or Manager, Materials Technology and Quality, M/S 01AI3, Pratt & Whitney Canada Inc (P&W North) 1000 Marie-Victorin Blvd., Longueuil, Quebec, J4G 1A1, as appropriate, not later than the date of shipment. Objective evidence (as defined in P&W-MCL Manual Section F-Master) of conformance to each applicable drawing and specification requirement will be kept on file and available for examination. 2.
