DFARS Country of Origin Supplemental Certification
Brown Metals Company sells specialty steels as defined by the Defense Federal Acquisition
Regulation Supplement (DFARS). Where the Country of Origin is absent from a Brown Metals
Company Certificate of Test / Compliance, this letter shall be used as a supplemental
certification. The following table provides the specific melt mill source and its specific melting
location. Materials melted by the following melt mill sources comply with DFARS, April 2020
Edition, Section 252.225-7008 and 252.225-7009 for Specialty Metals.
