Please be advised that alloys supplied by NGK Metals Corporation are RoHS 3 compliant, meet all
requirements and exemptions by Directive 2011/65/EU and the European Delegated Directive (EU)
2015/863. NGK Metals Corporation alloys do not contain any of the following above the noted
threshold limits.
Lead* 0.1 %
Mercury 0.1 %
Cadmium 0.01%
Hexavalent Chromium 0.1 %
Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) 0.1 %
Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) 0.1 %
Bis (2-Ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) 0.1 %
Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP) 0.1 %
Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) 0.1 %
Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP) 0.1 %

* Directive 2011/65/EU Annex exempts lead from the requirements of Article 4(l) per Lead as an alloying
element in steel containing up to 0.35% lead by weight, aluminum up to 0.4% lead by weight and as copper alloy containing
up to 4% lead by weight.
