Brown Metals Company is committed to complying with international regulations as they
relate to the manufacture and sale of iron and steel-based products. While Brown Metals
Company does not manufacture the products we sell, we do require our suppliers to provide
products that are manufactured from legal and sustainable sources.
In an effort to provide compliance support to our customers, we have obtained and posted
statements of compliance from these manufacturers on our website at
www.brownmetals.com/compliance. Based on feedback from these manufacturers, we have
concluded that the products sold by Brown Metals Company are considered free of products
originating in Russia or Belarus and meet the requirements of the Council Regulations (EU)
