In order to comply with the reporting requirements of the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism
(CBAM), this letter acknowledges that ATI Specialty Rolled Products will use the default values
provided by the European Commission Directorate-General in the document, “Default Values for the
Transition Period of the CBAM Between 1 October and 31 December 2025” issued on December 22,
2023. For convenience, the relevant data is extracted and given in the table below.
