REACH -SVHC
Dear Valued Customer,
NGK Metals Corporation certifies that our copper beryllium alloys are compliant
with the European Union Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 governing the Registration,
Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) and do not contain
substances above 0.1% weight of a Substance of Very High Concern (SVHC) listed in
Annex XIV as of January 23, 2024.
We are committed to taking all necessary steps to ensure our products comply
with the REACH requirements. Should you have any questions regarding the content of
