DECLARATION OF CONFORMANCE
To Intentionally Added Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances
(PFAS)
Dear Valued Customer,
NGK Metals Corporation certifies that based on our production knowledge and
declarations collected from the upstream supply chain, we hereby declare that our
products do not contain any intentionally added PFAS chemicals, such as
perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), Perfluoroocane sulphonic acid (PFOS), or Long-chain
perfluorocarboxylic acids (LC-PFCAs). The term “intentionally added” means “a
chemical in a product that serves an intended function in the product component”.
We are committed to taking all necessary steps to ensure our products are
compliant. Should you have any questions regarding the content of this letter please do
