Subject: Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (“PFAS”)
Recently, PFAS and PFAS-containing products have come under additional scrutiny
from the regulatory community, due to evidence of protracted environmental and human
health impacts. They have been widely used throughout many types of industries, and
incorporated into thousands of commercial and consumer products, many of which are
commonly found in the home.
Please be advised that Combined Metals Company LLC products, and the products of
its associated businesses Gibbs Interwire, Elgiloy Specialty Metals and Combined
Metals of Michigan, do not normally contain any PFAS materials as a component, and
furthermore, Combined Metals does not intentionally add any PFAS to its products.
