Over the past few months, Olin Brass and Wieland Group teams have been working together to
integrate our businesses in ways that will expand our capabilities and create opportunities to
better collaborate with you, our valued customer, now and well into the future.
As previously announced, we are aligning our business under the strength of the global Wieland
brand. Effective October 28, we begin our conversion to operating commercially as Wieland
Rolled Products North America under the legal name Wieland Rolled Products North America,
LLC. We are managing this change to minimize disruption to you, but ask that you please update
your business systems and records to reflect this change. We also appreciate your understanding
as we work through a transition period when you may see both legacy and Wieland Rolled
Products North America names in our daily business interactions.
Other than our commercial and legal names, our core business information (including locations,
contacts, DUNS#, remittance practices, CAGE codes and tax identification numbers) will not
change. Our commitment to you will also remain the same: providing you with high-quality
products backed by differentiated service, to empower your success.
